Rolex is renowned for its unique and innovative timepieces, with some models becoming so iconic that they are instantly recognizable by name. While the watches themselves can differ greatly, the brand produces only a select few types of bracelets.

Rolex pays close attention to ensuring that its bracelets are as aesthetically pleasing, durable, and reliable as its watches. Each bracelet has its own distinctive design, name, and history.

Over the years, Rolex has made improvements to its bracelets, introducing new designs along the way. Let’s explore the top four most popular Rolex bracelets:

Table of Contents
  • #1. The Oyster Bracelet
  • #2. The Jubilee Bracelet
  • #3. The President Bracelet
  • 4. The Pearlmaster Bracelet

#1. The Oyster Bracelet

Popular Rolex Bracelets

The Oyster bracelet is arguably the most popular and iconic of all Rolex bracelets. First patented in 1947, Rolex officially introduced it a year later in 1948.

This three-piece link metal bracelet features wider center links flanked by two rows of slimmer links. Though Rolex has refined the design over time, the original Oyster bracelets look noticeably different from the modern version.

Additionally, Rolex offers the Oyster bracelet in a variety of materials, including platinum, steel, gold, and a two-tone combination of steel and gold.

#2. The Jubilee Bracelet

Popular Rolex Bracelets

The elegant five-piece link Jubilee bracelet was introduced in 1945 alongside the Rolex Datejust, celebrating Rolex’s 40th anniversary. This bracelet features three rows of smaller center links, flanked by two larger outer link rows.

While the overall design has remained largely unchanged, Rolex has made some adjustments to the links over the years. Currently, the Jubilee bracelet is available in gold, two-tone steel and gold, and steel.

#3. The President Bracelet

Popular Rolex Bracelets

Rolex introduced the President bracelet in 1956 alongside the debut of the Day-Date. This bracelet features a three-piece link design with semi-circular shaped links, a Crownclasp, and wider center links flanked by slimmer outer links.

The President bracelet is exclusively fitted to Day-Date models, as well as select mid-size Datejust and Lady Datejust watches. It is available today in platinum, yellow, rose, and white gold.

Interestingly, the President bracelet holds a unique distinction—the entire watch collection earned its nickname from the bracelet itself, rather than from the timepiece

4. The Pearlmaster Bracelet

Popular Rolex Bracelets

In 1992, Rolex introduced a new model called the Pearlmaster, featuring a unique bracelet that shares the same name.

This five-piece link bracelet is crafted from platinum or gold and is often adorned with precious gemstones, particularly diamonds. Besides being part of the Pearlmaster collection, Rolex also produced some limited edition Day-Date ‘Masterpiece’ models that come with this luxurious bracelet.

Each Rolex bracelet has played a significant role in the brand’s evolution over the years. While Rolex has refined and updated its bracelets over time, they still closely resemble their original designs.
